The game itself dates back from 1986 and was one in the first batch of fighters available for the ST. At the time the competition was already pretty stiff, with the nice "International Karate" and the superb release of "Barbarian". But Karate Kid 2 had a quality of its own. Or what did you expect from the famous duo Steve Bak and Pete Lyon? I treasure some precious memories about this game, and I bet I'm not the only one here. Once the intro picture pops up on the screen, and the famous "glory of love" song by pop artist Peter Cetera starts playing through the speakers, you're immediately dragged back to the good 'ol days...

Lethal Xcess is also known as "Wings Of Death 2". Technically it is an improved version of Wings Of Death with even better effects. The game idea is the good ole vertical scrolling shoot'em up with loads of enemies to shoot at and goodies to collect. This is the holy grail of Atari ST shoot'em up games! THUNDERCATS – HO!
These words should send shivers down your spine as you remember the excellent cartoon Thundercats. This cartoon started in 1985, and features 130 all cool episodes. The main hero is the sweet Lion-O, who is the destined leader of the Thundercats. By the time of its release in 1988, the ST already had a great shoot 'em up, "Goldrunner". But Xenon was something completely different, adding more variety to the genre. And even though this piece of gaming software is almost 15 years old, it can easily be considered among the best of its type! When I hear the name "Pang" , I'm not only thinking of an addictive, little game with big balls...I'm also reminiscing of summer evenings with friends (the summers that seemed to last forever), playing this game as a team. One particular friend that, sadly enough, passed away about two years ago. I immediately start to hum the catchy intro tune, which sticks in your head forever. That's the beauty of these old games, I'm not only playing them again cause they are a lot of fun, but they also hold some precious memories. 
Euroswap was actually the merger of 4 French groups (Password, Exo7, Notorius, The Killers), which specialized in making compilations. All their menus were numbered in descending order, starting from the number 1000. Euroswap has always held a special place in my heart, because its members knew how to make quality menus, while maintaining a good state of mind, friendly and without arguments. In 2002, we had the chance to interview three members of Password / Euroswap, including the founding member of the team.
