Hello everybody,
Well, last week my computer completely crashed and I had to reinstall everything from scratch. The other Legend members are all on holiday, and that's why our Christmas gift got delayed. But here it finally is. The great Laurent Kermel (Creator of Bold), released a new game Wiliness 3. The game is not finished, and the author isn't planning to complete it. But he released it anyway, after some tweaking. The first 5 levels of the game are playable, which are guaranteed for hours of fun. Wiliness 3 is a true RPG game in the vein of the classic Dungeon Master. For more info on how to install it, I suggest you visit Laurent's website. And you can download the game at our Wiliness 3 page as well.
Have fun, and please post your comments in the appropriate Atari-Forum thread.
Expect an interview with the creator real soon!

A new version of Hatari is available. Hatari is an emulator for Linux, BeOS, FreeBSD, etc. The author wrote about the new release:
It is mainly a "bug fix" release, not much new this time except the possibility to load external cartridge ROM images and some improvements in the graphical user interface.
The current version of Hatari is available on the official site.

The Beast Crew has done a new production, named The Spacewalker intro #1. It features actually a christmas intro that works in three ST resolutions (low/middle/high).
It's a nice gift some days before Santa Claus comes to visit our home. Thanks to TBC!
Visit TBC website to download the intro.

Hello everybody,
I feel a bit like an ass here since this is the 3rd time this year we announce it, but atari-forum is back online.
Richard Davey managed to get his server secured, so lets hope this does the job. Thanks a lot for this, Rich!
It might be a nice christmas after all ;-)
Enjoy

Hello,
We have a special little surprise which I hope you all will like. A little AL chat room has been build and can be accessed at the left menu bar. Make sure you are logged on to the site, and join in for some good 'ol chatting.
I still need to test it all, but you can only really do that when others join in, so if you feel like it, don't hesitate!
UPDATE! New version online. Bugs fixxxed for Firebird browser.
Cheers

Hello all,
After the super release of the Jukebox today, we have another big surprice for you all.
Every ST fan remembers the great wars with the Commodore Amiga, back in the good ol' days. Well our new update is a big wink to those golden years. With the help of Kim Lemon from Lemon64 and Lemon Amiga, it is now possible to compare the ST version with their Amiga and/or Commodore 64 counterpart. Not all games are linked yet, but we'll be updating this weekly. At the moment 650+ games have a compare link. Just go to the game detail pages to find the "vs" links, if they are available.
Enjoy this great feature and ... Stay Atari!
This is my all time favorite. I can't recommend it enough. Once you've played it, you're hooked. And when another friend joins, it's just awesome fun!

Read the review of IK+"So we went to Atari and said, 'Hey, we've got this amazing thing, even built with some of your parts, and what do you think about funding us? Or we'll give it to you. We just want to do it. Pay our salary, we'll come work for you.' And they said, 'No.' So then we went to Hewlett-Packard, and they said, 'Hey, we don't need you. You haven't got through college yet.'" -- Apple Computer Inc. founder Steve Jobs, on attempts to get Atari and HP interested in his and Steve Wozniak's personal computer
