Here comes another rare games done in the early years of the Atari ST. This is a space shuttle simulation that works in medium resolution.
The hack has been made by our lovely Avenger, while the intro has been coded by the friendly Jace (of ST Knights). The graphics in the intro has been painted by the greatly STS. Also please note that the intro has been modified by our powerfully Klaz. And finally don't forget our guestly Alex (of ICS) who supplied the original disk of the game.
You should probably wonder why we release Orbiter after D-Bug... Just read the scrolltext in the intro of this game and you'll know ![]()
Just one click is enough to go the page of Orbiter. Feel free to download it, of course!

Our friend Blood from AitpaSTi is informing that he has uploaded a lot of Pasti disks on his website. There are 8 packs of 50 MB each. The packs contain most of the hits done for the Atari and also many rare games/versions. You can download them freely, there is just a password protection in order to avoid leechers to put direct links on other webpages. For non french reader, the password is written in red (it's located after the sentence "le mot de passe est:"
.
So now you know what to do today: don't forget to visit AitpaSTi!

After the recent compilation by D-Bug (issue 190: see the previous news), this is our turn to present you a new release. For all strategy lovers, here is another release signed by Atari Legend: Napoleon I - The Campaigns 1805-1814. This one was a STOS programmed game, but was also a commercial stuff. It transports you in the time of Napoleon Wars. It's not a so far period...
The password protection has been fully removed by Klapauzius. The patch for STOS programs coded by GGN has been applied. So STE users can enjoy the game, now. Klapauzius has finally found a good way to pack the game in order to put it on a single disk (without modifying GGN routines).
Finally here you can grab Napelon I. D-Bug beware! A lot of games will be released this year by us :D

Issue 190 is the second compilation made by D-Bug this year. It fits on two disks than contain the famous hit Cannon Fodder. This is the full version of the game (with the full intro). It game works from hard-drive and it requires 4 MB of memory to run. This release also offers the abitily to save games, which was impossible on the Superior version. Disk B also contains a list of all D-Bug menus.
The intro was coded by Cyrano Jones and 'butchered' by Showaddywaddy. Both disks offer exclusive tunes composed by Dubmood (Very nice musics!).
Run fast as you can to D-Bug website to get this great menus! Now they aren't so far from the '200' magic number ;-)

Are you addicted to rare games? Here we are, too. So here is another gift: Quink! This game is a mix between an educational program and a reflexion game. It's probably one of the first trivias ever done on the Atari ST. It surely probably not released in 1984 as the cover box says, but it's still very old (it was probably done around 1987).
The original game was supplied by Dungeon.Master and then hacked by Avenger. Yes, there was a protection but it didn't resist to our cracker. No need to say that Dungeon.Master and Avenger are both members of Atari Legend, you probably already know that if you visit us regulary ![]()
The great intro was coded by Jace of ST Knights and enhanced by Klapauzius of Atari Legend. Both logos (Quink & Atari Legend) were drawn by ST Survivor. Thanks to everyone who took part to this release!
Enough to speak... It's time for you to go on Quink page and grab the file. Also welcome to our new member: you will see his name when you read the scrolltext in the intro. Surprise!
It wasn't easy for the little french "Delphine Software" when they released their first adventure game "Future Wars" in 1989! The adventure market was reined by those other two monster companies, "Sierra" and "Lucasfilm Games", yet "Delphine" managed to astonish gamers worldwide.

Read the review of Voyageurs Du Temps, Les - La Menace"So we went to Atari and said, 'Hey, we've got this amazing thing, even built with some of your parts, and what do you think about funding us? Or we'll give it to you. We just want to do it. Pay our salary, we'll come work for you.' And they said, 'No.' So then we went to Hewlett-Packard, and they said, 'Hey, we don't need you. You haven't got through college yet.'" -- Apple Computer Inc. founder Steve Jobs, on attempts to get Atari and HP interested in his and Steve Wozniak's personal computer
