In game controls:
ESC - Pause
BACKSPACE - Let you see the menus. To enter the command, hit FIRE button, the SHIFT key or RETURN.
SPACE - Inventory
B - Activates the protective shield
Battlestation:
Accelerator: SPACE or RETURN
F1 - Select Torpedo
F2 - Temporary magnetic Shield
F10 - Leave battle station
