**Mini review**
"Whipper-Snappers Race" is a down-hill ski game somewhat reminiscent of the old "Ski Free" game bundled with Windows 3.x
The graphics appear to be ripped straight from Cannon Fodder, so it looks pretty good.
This game is much less forgiving than Ski-free - one crash and you die, requiring a restart of the entire game (not just the level).
To allow for this, you are given a password at the end of each level so that you can continue from that point, so it's not so bad.
The goal of each level is to complete the course within a given time limit, without hitting any obstacles. The time limits in the early levels are quite generous (you will beat them by a lot if you just finish). I didn't play far enough to see if the later levels are more challenging.
The game is well executed (controls are responsive enough, collision detection is accurate, scrolling is adequate), easy to get into, and is well worth a download.
And that completes this mini review!
