A message from sark02: "This effort is a port of the original Defender 6809E assembler source code that's in the HistoricalSource repo on github. My only credit is for the technical port to the ST. The game mechanics, algorithms, etc, are by the original Defender authors Eugene Jarvis, Sam Dicker, Larry DeMar, et. al. If it feels like Defender then that's because of them. If it doesn't, then that's because of me.
Just want to make sure my level of credit is appropriate. I certainly can't take credit for Defender, and ports such as Jeff Minter's Defender II is a much more original and creative effort than mine."
