This shooter comes highly recommended. It is actually puzzle/reflex game disguised as a shooter. You have to prevent the little ship from being destroyed. To do this, you must rush ahead and clear obstacles by shooting them, ramming matching buttons, etc. You must also prevent the little ship from crashing. You can do this by latching into it and towing it to the correct altitude.

A great graphic style (reminds me alot of Jim Power), with good raster and parallax effects in the sky. The soundtrack is pretty rockin' too.

The game is hard, though. Remember that. However, it's unique and I recommend you try it out.

The name "Atari" comes from a move in the ancient game of Go, a favorite of founder Nolan Bushnell.
