In this game, you fly around inside a man's ass in order to cure him of "purple AIDS." I'm not even kidding. You also get to invade other parts of his body if you succeed. The game is okay but in-game graphics are uninteresting and the gameplay can be boring. It's solidly coded however and the music is excellent. Maybe you should try this game for yourself? I'm sure the premise intrigues you...
